Riding the Cape - NEWS
Dear Friends of Riding The Cape (Der Kap Ritt). For over 12 years I have been organising amazing safari rides through the Western Cape of South Africa. Ardent travellers have repeatedly remarked on how uniquely varied the landscapes of this Province are. The GRAND WESTERN CAPE HORSE SAFARI presents in a few days time the whole spectrum of these landscapes to the riding guest and finishes with a Big Five Game Safari drive in an open land-cruiser. Judging by the references I receive I think that this Horse Safari has in all aspects reached a standard, which will be difficult to beat. Based on this experience I came up with the idea of offering OFF THE BEATEN TRACK TOURS for non-riders, run on the same philosophy as the riding safaris and using my off-road vehicle. The two soft adventure off road tours presently on offer are the result of me spending much time out in the field researching and enables your non-riding family and friends to experience the real old South Africa, far beyond the usual tourist hot-spots.
