Due to the diversity in landscapes and a good road network, the Western Cape has become the foremost tourist destination in South Africa. We have been operating unique, eco-friendly horse safaris in the Western Cape of South Africa for the last ten years and by popular demand, we have expanded our programme to include soft adventure tours for non-riders. We have maintained the same company ethos for our new guided tours, so that our guests still experience scenic tours through spectacular and varied landscapes of South Africa in virtual isolation. The drive takes our guests to places off the beaten track and shows them the natural beauty unknown to most South Africans. On these cultural tours with us you will not only encounter the real South Africa and the country’s well-known hospitality but also enjoy the variety of our traditional, culinary culture as well as our outstanding wines. We drive in an air-conditioned, off-road vehicle taking 4-6 guests per departure and travel on empty gravel roads, wherever possible, through a variety of uniquely beautiful and secluded landscapes, where you might meet one other vehicle per hour. Our accommodation is upmarket and guests stay in stylish guesthouses, classical old farmhouses and exclusive game lodges.

On our 12 days Undiscovered Karoo tour we visit ancient bushman sites, one of the largest astronomy telescopes in the world, four of the five National game parks, a world heritage site and the most beautiful Cape Dutch and Colonial style towns in the country.

The Deserted Cape 8 days tour takes guests into extremely sparsely populated areas with rugged mountains covered in Cape Mountain Fynbos, savannahs, deserts, vineyards, wetlands, lagoons and a fishing village on the desolate West Coast.

We are confident that you will return from an Off The Beaten Track Tour with unforgettable memories, experiences and impressions.
